The only cost to vendors is the booth fee set by the organizer plus Stripe payment processing (2.9% + $0.30) at checkout. Klyroco charges vendors no platform fee. Free booths have no fee at all.
When you book a paid booth, you pay only Stripe payment processing (2.9% + $0.30) — Klyroco charges no platform fee. All fees are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm — no surprises. On a $150 booth, you pay $154.65 total. If the booth is free, there are zero fees — nothing at all.
Create your free vendor profile, find an event you want to attend, and click "Apply." Your profile is pre-filled so the organizer can review your business right away. If the organizer asks custom questions (booth size preference, product category, etc.) you'll answer those before submitting. You'll receive a notification when the organizer makes a decision.
You'll get a notification and an email confirming your acceptance. If the booth has a fee, you'll be prompted to pay securely through Stripe.
