Klyroco is an online marketplace that connects vendors with event organizers. We provide a platform for event organizers to list events and booth opportunities, and for vendors to discover, review, and book those booths. Klyroco is not an event organizer and is not responsible for the events listed on the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Klyroco. By using the platform, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Klyroco cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. You agree not to share your account with any third party.

Organizers receive a 30-day free trial upon creating an account. A valid credit card is required at signup. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be charged $99/month. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge. On Day 23 of your trial, you may extend your trial by an additional 30 days at no cost by referring one other event organizer to Klyroco.
All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By completing a transaction on Klyroco, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Klyroco does not store your credit card information. All fees are displayed clearly before any transaction is completed.
Vendors may submit reviews of events they have attended. By submitting a review, you grant Klyroco a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that review on our platform. Reviews must be honest, based on actual experience, and must not contain defamatory, false, or harassing content. Klyroco reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.
You agree not to use Klyroco to:
Klyroco is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or representations of any event organizer or vendor. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any event listed on our platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klyroco's liability is limited to the fees paid by you to Klyroco in the 90 days preceding any claim.
Klyroco reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@klyroco.com.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Yes, 100% free. Creating a vendor account, building your profile, browsing events, and reading reviews costs nothing. You only pay a $0.99 booking fee + Stripe processing when you actually book a booth — less than what Eventeny charges vendors.
When you book a paid booth, Klyroco charges a flat $0.99 service fee plus Stripe payment processing (2.9% + $0.30). All fees are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm — no surprises. On a $150 booth, you pay $155.64 total — less than the same booth on Eventeny. If an event is completely free, there are zero fees — no $0.99, nothing.
Every event on Klyroco has verified reviews from vendors who've actually participated. You can see star ratings, written feedback, foot traffic reports, and organizer responsiveness scores — all before you commit a single dollar.
It depends on the event. Each listing clearly shows whether booths are refundable or non-refundable and the refund deadline. Always check this before booking. Klyroco's platform fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
Every listing includes: booth price, booth size, refundable or non-refundable policy, booking deadline, event date and location, category, star rating from past vendors, and written reviews. You have everything you need to make a smart decision.
After the event date passes, you'll receive an email invite to leave a review from your vendor dashboard. Reviews are anonymous by default so you can be fully honest — this is what makes Klyroco different.
Yes — you can save events to your favorites list from any event detail page. You'll also get notified if booth availability changes or the deadline is approaching on a saved event.
When you sign up as an organizer, you get 30 full days to list events and start accepting booth bookings at no charge. A credit card is required at signup to keep your account verified, but you won't be billed until Day 31. Cancel anytime before then. On Day 23, you'll get an offer to extend your trial another 30 days free by referring one other organizer.

Klyroco includes 7 built-in AI tools — no extra apps or subscriptions needed. For vendors: AI Event Match (finds the best-fit events for your business), Bio Writer (writes your vendor profile), and Draft Application (writes your booth application). For organizers: Listing Generator (writes your event description from scratch), Description Optimizer (improves an existing listing for search and vendor appeal), Layout Suggester (recommends a booth floor plan), and Event Debrief (summarizes vendor reviews after your event). For shoppers: Find Me a Market (natural language event search — just describe what you're looking for).
AI Event Match reads your vendor profile — your business category, what you sell, your city — and compares it against every upcoming active event on Klyroco. It scores events based on category fit, location proximity, date, expected foot traffic, and booth price range. You get a ranked shortlist with a plain-English reason why each event is a good fit for your business. No scrolling through dozens of listings manually.
Yes. The Bio Writer tool takes a short description of what you sell — in your own words, no polish needed — and turns it into a professional 2-3 sentence vendor profile. It avoids generic filler ("passionate maker," "unique offerings") and writes something specific to your business. You can tweak the tone (casual, professional, playful) and add keywords you want included. Find it in your vendor dashboard under Profile → AI Bio Writer.
Yes — two tools for organizers. Listing Generator writes a full event description from scratch: give it your event name, category, city, and attendance estimate and it writes 3-4 sentences that highlight what makes your event worth booking. Description Optimizer takes an existing description and rewrites it for two goals: better search visibility and stronger vendor appeal. Both are in your organizer dashboard under Event Tools.
Find Me a Market is for shoppers browsing the consumer side of Klyroco. Instead of filtering by category or date, just describe what you're looking for in plain English — "outdoor farmers market near Austin in August" or "holiday craft fair with handmade jewelry" — and it finds the closest matches from upcoming events. Available on the homepage search bar for all visitors, no account required.
Yes — all AI tools are included at no extra cost. Vendors get AI Event Match, Bio Writer, and Draft Application as part of their free account. Organizers get all 4 organizer AI tools included in their $99/month subscription. Shoppers can use Find Me a Market without even creating an account.
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. Klyroco never stores your card details — everything is handled securely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.
Contact our support team and we'll help mediate. If an organizer violates Klyroco's policies (misrepresented their event, charged undisclosed fees, etc.), we'll review the case and may issue a refund at our discretion. Honest reviews also help the community avoid bad actors.
