When a vendor pays a booth fee through Klyroco, Klyroco's platform fee is deducted automatically (2% on the Free plan, $0 on Pro and Expert) and the remainder is deposited into your connected Stripe account. You never have to manually split payments or calculate commissions. A full revenue breakdown is always available in your dashboard.
Yes — vendors create a free Klyroco profile before applying to events. This is actually a feature, not a limitation: vendor profiles include their business name, product categories, photos, and event history, so you can evaluate applicants at a glance without emailing back and forth. Vendors on Klyroco are pre-vetted by the platform and can be searched by other organizers too.
Yes. If your event has no booth fees (free vendor participation), Klyroco's platform fee applies to $0 — meaning there's no fee at all. You can still use vendor applications, QR check-in, messaging, and ticketing for attendees.
You can share your Klyroco event listing directly with your existing vendors and invite them to apply through the platform. Once they create their free profiles and apply, you can accept them immediately. Over time, your recurring vendors will build their Klyroco profiles and the relationship follows them everywhere they go on the platform.
